DiBacco, the brother of Lansingburgh High head coach Guy DiBacco, guided junior varisty teams at La Salle and Bishop Maginn to five Big 10 Conference championships over the past 10 years.
"I know expectations and standards here are set pretty high," DiBacco said. "The bar is up there, but I know that with myself and the coaching staff here, come Tuesday and Friday nights, our team will be well prepared and ready to compete."

"(DiBacco) is ready," Hurley said. "He has more than paid his dues and I couldn’t be happier for him. He deserves this opportunity and he knows he has an expectation level too."
