Section II boys tennis tournament

Section II's boys tennis tournament begins Tuesday.

The top seeds in Class AA are Bethlehem and Niskayuna.

In the As, Scotia-Glenville is the No. 1 seed, while Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake is the No. 2 seed.

In Class B, Catskill is the No. 1 seed and Schuylerville is No. 2.

In Class C/D, defending champion Maple Hill is the No. 1 seed and Greenwich is No. 2.

Here is your full first round schedule:
Tuesday
Class AA: Colonie at Albany; Balston Spa at Queensbury; Columbia at Saratoga Springs; Schenectady at Shenendehowa.
Class A: CBA at Mohonasen

Wednesday
Class A: CBA/Mohon winner at Scotia-Glenville; LaSalle at Ichabod Crane; Glens Falls at Albany Academy; Averill Park at Burnt Hills.
Class B: Coxsackie at Taconic Hills; Schalmont at Granville; Cairo Durham at Schuylerville
Class C/D: Middleburgh at Lake George; Doane Stuart versus Argyle at Rensselaer

All finals are scheduled for Friday afternoon, May 14. Here are the locations for the finals:

Class AA and A: Central Park, Schenectady.
Class B: Albany Academy.
Class C/D: Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake High School.

Individual sectionals, which qualify players for the New York State tournament, begin Tuesday May 18 at Central Park in Schenectady.
